    杨夕,男,199212月生,中共党员,博士,讲师,计算机科学与技术专业学硕导师,电子信息专业专硕导师。











    一、主要研究方向

    新型碳基半导体的物理及光学特性研究,人工智能辅助新型高迁移率二维半导体的晶圆级合成,低维纳米电子器件光电特性研究等。
